Exciting New Feature: Download Your Weekly Reports with Ease!

Dear Valued TBSC Customer,

We are thrilled to announce an enhancement to your TBSC experience. Previously, you could view your Executive Summary Report, Smarter Secure Report, and Smarter 365 Report within our platform. Now, we’ve introduced a Download button, enabling you to easily download these reports for offline access, sharing, and record-keeping.

Key Highlights of This Update:

• Weekly Updates: Your reports are refreshed every week, ensuring you have access to the most current data. This allows you to monitor your progress, optimize your Microsoft 365 subscriptions, and enhance security measures over time.
• Executive Summary Report: Provides an informative snapshot of your organization’s Microsoft 365 environment, including efficiency ratings, subscriber counts, activity on key applications, potential cost savings, data storage insights, and security assessments.
• Smarter Secure Report: Offers detailed analysis of your Microsoft 365 security posture, highlighting vulnerabilities and providing recommendations to improve your Secure Score.
• Smarter 365 Report: Delivers comprehensive insights into your Microsoft 365 subscriptions, identifying unused licenses, misallocated applications, and compliance issues, along with actionable recommendations for optimization.

How to Access and Download Your Reports:

1. Log In: Access your Smarter SaaS account through this link.
2. Navigate to Reports: Go to the Dashboard section in the main menu.
3. Select Dashboard: Under Applications, choose the report you wish to download: Smarter Executive Report, Smarter Secure 365, or Smarter SaaS 365.
4. Download: Click the new Download button located at the top-right corner of the report.
5. Save: The report will download in PDF format, which you can save to your device.
